Why should I opt in to receive notification?

ParcelPort Alerts & Notifications is a free service that enables you to enjoy the convenience of secure and convenient parcel pickup. Once you opt-in with a valid email and/or mobile number, we’ll send you automatic update notifications in real-time for packages delivered to your resident address.

How will my information be used?

ParcelPort values your privacy and the information you consent to share in relation to our SMS service. We use this information to send you text notifications about your parcel status, QR/barcodes to retrieve your parcel(s), and important updates related specifically to the services provided by your building’s smart parcel locker. Opt-in data and consent for text messaging will not be shared with any third-parties except for messaging partners, for the purpose of enabling and operating our text messaging program.

How do I opt in to receive notifications?

To receive notifications, complete the opt in request form provided to you via email from your property manager. Enter a valie mobile number, then verify your opt in entering the code recieved via SMS.

How can I opt out from receiving future notifications?

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, contact your property or building manager to request removal, as any reply to a message from us will not be read or actioned upon. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out.

What type of notification will I receive?

Once you opt in to receive notifications, you will automatically receieve alerts for the following reasons:

– A parcel(s) has arrived and is ready to pickup using a code provided to you.

– Reminder your parcel(s) is available for pickup from the smart locker.

– Notification that your parcel(s) may be removed if not picked up within a specified time frame.

Is there a cost for this feature?

We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.
