Introduction ParcelPort
RBC and Parcel Port have teamed up to offer an innovative parcel delivery service that allows your personal online orders to be directed to a smart locker conveniently located on the ground floor of RBC WaterPark Place (WPP).
Parcel Port Smart Locker is the simple, secure and fast way to receive your parcels, eliminating hassles associated with missed, lost or stolen deliveries. Even better, it is an eco-friendly alternative to traditional residential deliveries, allowing couriers to drop off multiple parcels at one central location and reducing their carbon footprint.

Where to Find the ParcelPort Smart Locker
Important Notes
- You will five (5) calendar days from receiving your delivery notification to pick up your parcel before it is returned to the sender. You can also forward your pickup code to a trusty colleague to pick it up on your behalf.
- If a parcel is oversized and won’t fit in the locker, it will be delivered in the normal way to your floor at WPP.
How It Works
ParcelPort Smart Lockers are designed with you in mind. Couriers scan your package’s barcode to comfirm the address, selects an appropriate slot size, and makes the deposit. Once the courier closes the slot door, you receive a text and email with your pickup barcode to scan at the locker. Simply scan your barcode and the slot door with your package automatically opens. It’s that easy!
